Leverage existing infrastructure in Emergency Management departments and Response teams, enhancing existing emergency procedures, and strategically notifying large groups of individuals in the event of a natural disaster, criminal activity, biohazard, or weather conditions.

Each potential event is represented on a desktop monitor by a simple, user-designed icon – simply double-click to start the pre-programmed notification process. Notify key team members by wireless phone, landline, email, or pre-set messages on scrolling marquees. Dramatically reduce incidents of human error with pre-programmed, automatic notification strategies for designated events.

As members of your team acknowledge receipt, Connexall’s graphic display is updated, so the dispatcher always knows who has and has not been made aware of the event. If team members do not acknowledge within a pre-specified time limit, Connexall Campus automatically escalates the notification to a secondary communication device or to a different team member.

After the event, built-in reporting capability allows you to review who the message was sent to, how long it took them to acknowledge, and whether or not escalation was required, giving you the opportunity to improve your response to the next event.
