Customer Relations Manager
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Position Description: The Customer Relations Manager will render a variety of services to Connexall customers through apllication of knowledge of our organization and its services and products. A perfect candidate would pride themselves on their professionalism and should be outgoing, personable and with advanced communications skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops and maintains customer relationships and cultivates knowledge on customer’s needs and objectives
• Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources
• Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments
• Work with customers to identify solution offerings where our products can address their core challenges
• Maintains records and prepares reports based on gathered information
• Addresses key challenges healthcare providers face, including those that relate to hospital efficiency, immediate and reliable communications, human resource allocation, Budgetary/cost of care, quality of care and patient safety
• Generates strong customer references
REQUIREMENTS
• Maintain a high-level understanding of general product capabilities, features, benefits, and value propositions validated through periodic training and assessment
• Multi-task oriented
• Highly organized
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and conceptual problem solving abilities
• Customer-service oriented
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass all security and background checks
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Exceptional Written and Verbal skills (English)
- Fluency in French is an asset
