Conversion
Several customers asked for assistance with the conversion of Operating Rooms to COVID-19 isolation rooms. Our team has provided solutions to help reduce the amount of time that a hospital’s staff spends in an isolation room.
Expansion
As hospitals expand into more units to increase patient capacity, we have helped customers by ensuring rapid integration into ventilators and telemetry monitoring systems. This has helped our customers send alarms and alerts to front line staff, from ad hoc locations.
Communication
Our customers requested greater protection for their staff while transporting patients. Connexall notifications include COVID-19 patient status to ensure that staff are better prepared, prior to transporting patients.

During COVID-19
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, frontline workers across the globe have been pushed to their limits. Nursing staff are experiencing high anxiety and overwhelming loss of control due to this new virus. Connexall Unit Whiteboard
The Connexall Unit Whiteboard for COVID-19 provides visibility into COVID-19 units, including COVID-19 patient status, room availability and staff assignments. This is crucial to help facilities improve patient flow and staff safety by identifying COVID-19 patients and taking appropriate steps to mitigate risk of transmission.
This solution can be rapidly deployed. In conjunction with the Connexall Requests Centre, ad hoc facilities without the typical hospital infrastructure can utilize and benefit from the Connexall COVID-19 suite of programs.
