Connexall offers training for two key audiences:
Technical Training - available for solution designers, implementers and IT administrators, to ensure maximum efficiency, uptime and effectiveness. This is particularly important for our partners as they bring Connexall solutions to health systems worldwide, including enhancements such as new applications, new and expanded features, and version updates. To ensure ongoing operational excellence, we also provide training on configuration, integration and troubleshooting. Training is conducted at Connexall's Training Center in Toronto or at the customer's site upon request.
Standard Technical Training Offerings:
Connexall Certified System Administrator [+]
Designed to provide to use, configure and administrate Connexall, the CCSA Training is the first step needed to take in becoming an accredited Connexall System Administrator.
Clinical End-User Training - aimed for daily users of the Connexall software in the hospital community, and is equally important to the long-term success of the Connexall solution at the point of care.
The end-user training course includes making assignments, dispatching messages, as well as message response. Each class consists of a one-day session conducted at the customer's site prior to "go-live". Connexall understands the round-the-clock nature of hospitals, so we offer classes in accordance with our customers' shift and day requirements.
