Prior to implementation of Connexall, nurses would answer patients’ call light by either having to walk over to a center console or by going into the patients’ rooms. This process was highly inefficient. By integrating Connexall with the hospital’s nurse call systems and the hands-free Vocera devices, nurses were given more efficient ways of communicating with their patients.
