Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Pricing Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development of complex pricing proposals and quotes for healthcare customers. This role is an integral part of the Sales Operations team and will ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will balance multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and operational objectives. The Pricing Analyst will develop pricing proposals and quotes, provide analytical support for sales operations projects, and continuously identify opportunities to improve and streamline pricing and quoting processes

Develop, structure, and deliver complex, customized pricing proposals and
customer quotes for healthcare clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and
alignment with business objectives and client requirements

Analyze customer-specific configurations, cost structures, and margin targets to
create competitive and financially sound pricing solutions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Sales, Finance, Legal, and
Operations teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and finalize proposals

Ensure all pricing and quotes comply with internal policies, contractual standards,
and healthcare industry requirements

Manage multiple pricing requests and projects simultaneously, effectively
prioritizing work to meet tight deadlines and competing demands

Maintain a high level of attention to detail by reviewing pricing
inputs, identifying inconsistencies or risks, and ensuring accuracy across all
deliverables

Identify opportunities to optimize pricing models, improve margins, and enhance
overall proposal quality

Maintain and continuously improve pricing tools, templates, and documentation
to support consistency, scalability, and efficiency

Support CRM data integrity by accurately updating and managing pricing,
quoting, and opportunity information

Assist with sales operations initiatives and projects, including process
improvements, reporting, and system enhancements

Communicate pricing details, assumptions, and updates clearly and professionally
to internal stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline pricing and quoting
processes and increase operational efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare
Administration, or a related field required

3+ years of experience in pricing, quoting, financial analysis, deal desk, contracts,
or sales operations—preferably within healthcare or a technology-driven
environment

Proven experience developing complex, customized pricing proposals, quotes,
and pricing models for client-specific solutions

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex
data, assess financial impacts, and make sound recommendations

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering
high-quality work under tight deadlines

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly
articulate pricing assumptions and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, modeling, data analysis)
and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and pricing or quoting tools; familiarity
with CPQ systems is a strong plus

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
work independently and proactively
