    Job Description

    Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience and Human Resources, the HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment activities while assisting with various human resources functions and initiatives. This role plays a key part in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Manage numerous recruitment requisitions simultaneously across all three regions.

    • Partner with hiring managers to develop and define job postings; determine and execute thorough candidate sourcing strategies; screen suitable candidates; support managers with the interview process; prepare and present offer letters; and execute various background checks as required.

    • Create offer packages and ensure the testing and background check requirements are completed for every selected candidate.

    • Develop, administer, and manage new hire orientation, onboarding, and mentoring programs.

    • Consistently deliver a best-in-class experience to all candidates applying to the organization - providing excellent customer service for external and internal stakeholders.

    • Improve our social media presence and overall brand awareness in the market.

    • Partner with co-operative education programs and other educational institutions, as appropriate, to identify and access qualified talent pipelines.

    • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to educate students and the community about the Company.

    • Administer and track recruitment activities.

    • Partner with the business to understand current and future staffing needs to build a strategic sourcing and selection campaign.

    • Execute high volume recruitment in accordance with established targets and timelines.

    • Proactively solicit feedback from hiring managers regarding new hire performance to continuously improve recruitment efforts and ensure candidates align with business needs, corporate culture, and team fit.

    • Assist with drafting employment letters, HR documents, and employee communications.

    • Support employee engagement initiatives, HR programs, and company events.

    • Maintain employee files and ensure HR documentation is accurate, organized, and confidential.

    • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and processes.

    • Support HR reporting, metrics tracking, and administrative activities as required.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and HR best practices.

    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment and HR processes.

    • Other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent required.

    • Minimum of 3 years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate, international environment required.

    • Previous recruitment experience in a Technology or SaaS company preferred.

    • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft environment

    • Thorough knowledge of all relevant Employment related legislation that is applicable to the countries in which the Company operates in.

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

    • Excellent organizational skills are required to support multiple staffing demands and accomplish many tasks simultaneously.

    • High level of accuracy, sense of urgency, and strong attention to detail.
