Job Summary
Reporting to SVP of Sales, the Sales Operations Manager will ensure seamless sales
processes across the entire lifecycle, from lead qualification to post-sale transition. They
will drive analytics, reporting, CRM optimization, and process excellence while
mentoring and guiding the Sales Operations team members in their daily
responsibilities.
The Sales Operations Manager will lead and optimize the sales operations function at
Connexall, overseeing the Sales Operations Team and working cross-functionally with
Sales, Presales, Clinical, and Operations teams. This role is responsible for the strategy,
execution, and continuous improvement of the sales process and infrastructure to
support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, manage, and support the Sales Operations team members.

Partner with Sales leadership to define and refine scalable sales processes,
systems, and tools that drive performance and efficiency.

Administer and optimize CRM (ALL) and other sales systems to ensure data
accuracy and accessibility.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to
improve the productivity of the Sales team.

Serve as a liaison between the Sales department and other functional areas
including Legal, IT, Finance, and Project Management.

Oversee the end-to-end sales operations process, ensuring smooth transitions
through each stage of the sales lifecycle.

Ensure timely and accurate deal execution by supporting the Sales team with
Quote facilitation, SOW development, and PO processing.

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of documentation used by the Sales team to
reflect current products, pricing, and processes.

Oversee the collection and analysis of sales-related data, converting it into
actionable insights and business intelligence.

Provide forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI tracking to Sales leadership,
ensuring performance visibility and data-driven decision-making.

Manage ad-hoc reporting needs and support executive reporting requirements.

Collaborate with IT and other departments on system improvement initiatives
that support flexibility, accuracy, and speed.

Coordinate efforts with Marketing and the Loyalty Teams to align sales
campaigns with strategic themes and customer engagement efforts.

Support RFP/RFI processes and proposal development in coordination with other
internal stakeholders.

Work closely with Project Management and Account Executives to resolve
project-related issues, documentation gaps, and process delays.

Monitor adherence to established sales procedures and ensure compliance with
documentation standards.

Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of customer information and company
data.

Track and manage customer contracts, account records, and sales funnel metrics.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.

3–5 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with at least 1 year in a
leadership or supervisory role.

Experience in or familiarity with the healthcare industry is an asset.

Strong experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools (Excel proficiency
required).

Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for team development and
collaboration.

Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
abilities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle
multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
