With the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19, I wanted to share an update on how Connexall is addressing this global pandemic. First, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the healthcare workers in communities around the world. You are our front lines of defense, keeping us safe and treating those in need. We are committed to helping you and your facilities complete your mission through and beyond these unprecedented times.
We continue to respond to our customer requests as it relates to prioritizing efforts associated to COVID-19. Connexall maintains a 24 x 7 x 365 technical support service for our customers worldwide. However, we will not risk your safety. We recently implemented a “virtual business-as-usual” policy to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers and trusted partners, without jeopardizing the highest level of support to you and related projects and systems. This also means that travel to customer sites have been minimized to essential on-site requirements only, followed by mandatory self-isolation procedures. We are here to help and continue servicing our customer community around the world. Our mission to improve patient outcomes and patient safety has never been more pertinent now than ever.
